Warm wood tones throughout the store create an instant sense of comfort while the colorful ceilings highlight the stores genres. Chalk boards at each bay allow for further detail into the shelves contents along with an opportunity for the staff’s personal artistic touch.
Named New England Independent Bookstore of the Year by the Book Publishers Representatives of New England, Charter Books is a locally-owned bookstore situated in a historic storefront space on Broadway that dates back to 1893.
